About My Clients
Life is a grind, and it feels like it's passing you by. You're always doing (and you're good at it), but still, you're not happy. You’ve tried a lot of things to fix it, but so far nothing really worked. Everything is on your to-do list except yourself. Most days you're stressed, overwhelmed, and frustrated. There are better ways to think, move and connect with your life and purpose. Let’s develop the skills that will help you feel more relaxed, connected and free.
My Background and Approach
I know what it feels like to be stressed and stuck, and I have the research proven tools to help you break free. Life doesn't have to be an endless stream of demands and moving goal posts. How you think affects how you feel. We'll work together to focus on ways to help you let go, feel energized, and amplify the positives in your life. But it's not just in your mind - struggling is tough on your body. We will learn and practice ways to move, breathe and even play so you can finally release what you’re going through. And through this process, we'll discover your unique values and what it means to YOU to live a meaningful life. My goal for you is for you to decide what's important to you, and be free to be intentional of how you want to spend your time and energy and who you want to spend it with.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change and growth is possible for everyone at at any age. I think our capacity is limitless and if we take care of ourselves, it only benefits our potential to reach our goals. To me, stress, anxiety, and depression are often symptoms of unhealthy learned behaviors and patterns that we are exposed to along the way. I've seen the benefits of movement and mindfulness for the improvement of mood and mental health. When you can have fun and move your body, through sport, play or just taking a stroll, I believe it benefits mind and body. I'm competitive with myself and a cheerleader for others. I love supporting my clients in their journey in defining what success means to them.
