My Background and Approach
As a certified Complex Trauma Professional, NARM® Practitioner (NeuroAffective Relational Model), Breathwork Facilitator, and Certified Mind-Body Eating Professional, Liz is dedicated to destigmatizing mental health. She empowers individuals to better understand themselves, their bodies, their brains, and their habits—helping them cultivate lives filled with self-acceptance and compassion and free from overwhelm and shame. Liz's counseling approach is rooted in the belief that facing the parts of ourselves we fear, avoid, or feel shame toward is a challenging but rewarding journey. She adopts a non-pathologizing approach to mental health and personal growth, viewing individuals through a lens of compassion and acceptance. She also acknowledges the profound influence of our environment on our development and believes in the inherent worth and capacity for positive change in every individual.
