About My Clients

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and emotional regulation. Much of my background is in crisis response, so I stay calm and supportive when things feel overwhelming. I also have specialized training in Veterinary Social Work and the human-animal bond, and I understand the grief, stress, and change that can come with the relationships we share with our pets.

My Background and Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered, and I tailor each session to your needs and goals. I draw on CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed care, and a person-centered approach to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships connect. Reaching out for support is a brave step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you toward healing and growth.
