I welcome enquiries from adults, children and teenagers experiencing a wide range of difficulties. I am dedicated to understanding the internal and external strengths that are inherent in each of us. My clients come to me because they enjoy the deep sense of trust, safety and mutual respect that I create. My Background and Approach
My training includes in depth specialist courses for work with trauma. As well as training and education to work with the LGBTQIA community. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral health, PTSD, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an LGBTQIA+ aware and anti-racist therapist. I welcome diversity including all races, body sizes, abilities, sexualities, genders, and religions. I recognize cultural oppression and its role in psychological trauma passed down through generations. I commit to listening without judgement and learning from my client with sensitivity and humility.
