About My Clients

I invite you to give yourself permission to come as you are when you are ready. We will move at your pace as we build our partnership and create a space of safety that allows us to draw from the wisdom of our body and notice the roles we have fulfilled that have helped us survive and move towards building the life you want to live.

My Background and Approach

I strive to integrate and honor the wisdom and inherited medicine individuals bring to move toward embodied wellness. My intention is to curate a space to help you reclaim your narrative, realign with your authentic self, and orient towards what is possible - to return home to healing and hope. My approach integrates authenticity, patience, and compassion to create a nurturing, down-to-earth environment that tends to the pain and is accountable to change. Bottom line, my work is rooted in critical hope. And my goal is to maintain a trauma-responsive and culturally grounded practice to ultimately restore our sense of wholeness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I embody the “heart and hustle" of my community who have needed to adapt to survive but always centered the love for our people. Within this lies the powerful reminder of the resiliency we hold and the stories shared that created pathways to reconnect with ourselves and our histories. These are the parts I carry with me into our shared space. Our healing and our histories are deeply intertwined, and our journey to wellness should account for that. This is sacred work. It may start with the individual, but it also leads to greater shifts in the collective. We will pause to tend to our roots and recognize the inherited wounds and wisdom that have helped with our survival—with generational trauma, there is also generational medicine. It's when we address the roots of violence and oppression do we then gain a holistic understanding of the impacts life experience has on our well-being. Tending to our wounds is painful and takes courage -- and we do not have to carry the pain alone.
