Feeling as though you have just been going through the motions - tired of expending energy on stress, anxiety, or negative self-thoughts? Feeling disconnected from yourself and struggling to stay present? Consumed by painful emotions, racing thoughts, and unhelpful thinking? Have you been attempting therapy over and over again and feeing as through you have been able to maintain some progress, but frustration with returning of symptoms and feel like you haven't addressed the root of the problem?
My Background and Approach
I will give you the tools to identify your strengths, cultivate your resilience, to relieve your symptoms in the present and to address problems at their root to create lasting, revitalizing change. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and a collaborative process rooted in compassion and respect - helping to guide you along your path to wellness. I come from a strength-based perspective that provides support in identifying and implementing tailored strategies to effect healing and change. I am trained in EMDR, and also utilize mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques. My practice is currently virtual only.
