About My Clients
If you're looking to work on the "deep stuff" (attachment issues, trauma, the crushing weight of living in an oppressive/violent society, etc) underlying present-day anxiety, depression, dissociation, and relational problems, I may be a good fit for you! I particularly enjoy working with folks in the LGBTQ+ community as well as ADHD/Autistic clients. If you're particularly drawn to creativity and humor, you've come to the right place.
My Background and Approach
My work is heavily informed by queer & feminist theory, disability justice, liberation psychology, and lived experience. Curiosity, humor, and compassion are central in my approach to sessions. I use parts/inner child work, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy. My specialties include complex and single-event trauma, dissociative disorders, attachment wounds, mood disorders, and anxiety.
