About My Clients
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're always falling behind? Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, or executive functioning struggles, I help people build systems and habits that fit their lives. Using evidence-based tools like ACT, we'll work together to reduce shame, increase clarity, and move toward what matters—one small, meaningful step at a time.
My Background and Approach
I’m a queer Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience helping people build meaningful, sustainable change. My approach combines evidence-based tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with practical strategies for executive functioning, emotional regulation, and stress management. Whether we’re tackling burnout, overwhelm, or getting unstuck from old patterns, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. I’ve worked with neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, professionals, and folks navigating complex life transitions. My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and focused on what actually works in real life. Together, we’ll figure out what matters most to you and build the clarity, structure, and resilience to move toward it, one doable step at a time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and empowered to make change on their own terms. I'm a queer, neurodivergent clinician who cares deeply about equity, access, and community care. I’m committed to anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and disability-inclusive practices, not just in words, but in how I live and work. I first learned Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) by applying it in my own life—through burnout, big transitions, and daily overwhelm. These aren’t just tools I teach; they’re ones I’ve used, and still use, every day. I know what it’s like to feel stuck or unsure where to start, and I know how powerful it can be to take even one step forward. I also volunteer at a local mental health center and serve on the board of a nonprofit for people with disabilities. Therapy shouldn’t feel like a performance. You don’t need to be “fixed,” you just need space to grow. I’m here for that.
