About My Clients
Many people I see, from adolescents to those in late adulthood, move through the world with queer and/or neurodivergent identities. They are seeking support managing the impact of chronic trauma, anxiety, and depression, or looking for help navigating life transitions, peer relationships, and family interactions. They're looking for a reprieve from the inner critic and racing thoughts, they want to regain control, and feel peace. Most of all they want to be seen and heard for who they are.
My Background and Approach
I am a queer, neurodivergent human living with chronic illness who has called Boston home for almost two decades. I am also a licensed independent clinical social worker who lives and works from a trauma-informed, social-justice, and liberatory lens. I worked for many years supporting adolescents and their families in Boston homes and schools before opening my own practice, The Peace Practice, in June 2020. My practice weaves lived experience, traditional academic learning, and the wisdom gained from countless community members, clients, and loved ones to offer individualized, human-centered healing. My hope is to offer all clients a safe and supportive space for exploration and self-discovery, an opportunity to be fully seen and heard, to build new skills, grow, and reconnect with the true self.
