My presence is dedicated to hearing your stories and providing a space you don't have to mask. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, I derive great joy from assisting others in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs. I will help you develop the skills you need to navigate transitions more effectively and provide you with resources to enhance your ability to cope with intense emotions and become more securely attached.

Together, we will work to enhance your connections with both yourself and others. My approach to therapy is guided by my love and passion for creativity and connection, utilizing a multicultural and trauma-informed framework. In couples therapy, I’m here to support you and your partner(s) in rebuilding trust and addressing the loss of sexual or emotional intimacy. Additionally, we can explore the dynamics of how ADHD and other life experiences may influence and shape your relationship. I use various therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems/parts work, and the Gottman Method.
