About My Clients

My area of specialty is addiction. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I am also able to treat addictive behaviors such as gambling or spending. I am able to connect you with higher levels of care if you need more support in your recovery. I also specialize in LGBTQ+ and women's issues, specifically with transgender folks. I have helped many clients begin their gender transitions, including hormone replacement therapy and gender-affirming surgeries.

My Background and Approach

I love giving concrete and tangible interventions that you can take home with you. I love giving you questions to muse on until our next session to help you gain insight into yourself. I love giving you a space just to talk, cry, or celebrate if that's what you need. I never want you to walk away from a session and think, "I got nothing from that."

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an intersectional feminist first and foremost. I strongly believe in reproductive rights for all birthing people. I myself have no desire to have children and would love to chat if you feel the same way, because we still struggle for acceptance and understanding. I am non-religious and self-identify as agnostic. I am not queer myself but do specialize in connecting queer people with resources.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
