Most of my clients are doing pretty well while struggling with things like anxiety, stress, lack of fulfillment and relationship issues.
How I Can Help You
I'm Dr. Liz, I'm a Clinical Psychologist and I specialize in helping clients navigate relationships and anxiety in both individual and couples therapy. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which are the cornerstones of my practice. Both approaches are supported by science and research and I'm thrilled to be able to offer them to my clients.
