About My Clients
I help those struggling with perfectionism, overthinking, anxiety, burnout, or life’s unexpected curveballs. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed,” but finding relief, perspective, and self-compassion, learning to live with a bit more ease and a little less pressure—together.
My Background and Approach
I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are trying to figure out the messy in-between moments of life, whether that’s starting something new, letting something go, or just feeling stuck in the “what now?”. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor, because sometimes the best way to face tough stuff is with a little lightness. Clients often say I’m warm and authentic, which makes it easier to be real together (and maybe even laugh along the way). We’ll work side-by-side to untangle old patterns, find new perspectives, and build more ease into your life. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, understood, and maybe just a little lighter than when you came in.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work is the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued exactly as they are. I strive to provide care that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and sex positive, recognizing that each person’s story is shaped by unique experiences, identities, and perspectives. My role is not to judge but to offer empathy, compassion, and a safe space where you can show up fully, whether you’re feeling grounded, uncertain, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between. I hold a deep commitment to affirming care for all who walk into my office, regardless of who they are, where they come from, or how they’re feeling in the moment. Guided by socially progressive values, I believe healing and growth are rooted in connection, respect, and authenticity.
