I specialize in providing support to female immigrants who are coping with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. My focus is on empowering these individuals by helping them develop the tools and strategies they need to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being. My Background and Approach
I have completed coursework in various areas of psychology, including counseling theories and techniques, human development, and psychopathology. In addition, I provide individual counseling services to diverse populations, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma.
