Life is hard. Period. Taking time to work on becoming the best version of yourself is necessary. This is my passion! Whether you are dealing with everyday stressors, chronic anxiety, relational issues, body image struggles, or problems dealing with a child, I am here to assist you. I strive to work WITH my clients, for their very unique set of needs, to find what will work best for them. Together, we can move toward healing and emotional health.
My Background and Approach
I have been practicing for over 14 years and have appreciated every minute of it. I have a passion for therapy and helping people work their way through difficult situations and become their best selves. I believe that working collaboratively with my clients is the best approach to reach their goals. Healing is a process. Being trained in a variety of different modalities, including Somatic therapies, Intuitive Eating, and EMDR, I feel therapy can be beneficial for everyone.
