About My Clients
I work with a variety of clients, my practice is focused on adults, I work with adults age 21- 120. I have experience in working with addictions (substance use and addictions), mental health and couples.
My Background and Approach
I tend to utilize strategies that are focused on supporting the creation of change and being present in the here and now, utilizing mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies. I like to collaborate with my clients on setting treatment goals so we are focused on the work that you want to do.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQA community, I understand the unique challenges and issues that we face, and I also regularly attend trainings related to specifics concerns different needs of members of our community.
