About My Clients
You can't be yourself when relationship issues are overshadowing your life. My clients find themselves overwhelmed with hurt, trust issues, disconnection, infidelity, strain, and anger. Many of my clients find themselves walking on eggshells to prevent an argument. Their relationships with family and friends have started to suffer because it's hard to experience joy with mistrust lurking in the relationship with their partner.
My Background and Approach
I've been working with people struggling with relationship issues since 2011. I know it's painful. I know you don't see a way out. I'll partner with you, find the things you need to move towards the life you want to lead. I'm practical, results-oriented and I will help you break down big issues into smaller bit-sized pieces to move towards your best life. I am a Licensed Master of Social Work, and hold certificates in insomnia, and gambling addiction. My client's have experienced loss of loved ones, found balance, peace, forgiveness and closure. I am passionate about empowering my clients to feel hopeful and experience happiness. My client's say they appreciate my interactive and supportive approach to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have volunteered in the Jewish community for over 40 years, taking on leadership responsibilities such as serving as a trustee for Jewish Women's Foundation that provides grant money for women's issues. I have served on Hillel Day School's board of directors, and chaired a year long strategic plan. I believe there is a reason for the way we feel, and I want to discover where it's coming from, understand the issues in order to learn new skills to approach change--to ultimately live our life being our best authentic self.
