I offer video, phone and text based therapy. Trouble leaving the house or getting out of bed? That’s ok, I’ll meet you right where you are.
The majority of my experience has been in providing therapy to those suffering from trauma, anxiety, unstable mood and conflict in their relationships. I have concentrated my education and training in Trauma informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples therapy so that I can be sure to provide the most informed care possible.
