About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking balance and growth. I’m passionate about helping people heal from financial stress or conflict and build a healthier relationship with money. I also support young adults and adults exploring identity and purpose. My approach is compassionate, curious, and grounded in an anti-racist, social justice lens, with the aim of creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. The program emphasized systemic and relational approaches to therapy, clinical assessment, and trauma-informed care. As part of my training, I completed extensive supervised clinical hours working with individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, I engage in continuous professional development to ensure I am equipped to meet the evolving needs of my clients. I am in the process of being Trauma of Money (TOM) Certified.
