About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful professionals, caregivers, or individuals carrying significant responsibility in their personal and professional lives. Many live in MetroWest and seek personalized, high-quality, evidence-based care. They may be navigating persistent anxiety, grief, or the emotional impact of chronic illness. They value a steady, compassionate space that supports meaningful growth and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) with advanced training in health psychology and nearly a decade of experience in hospital-based medical settings, including primary care, rehabilitation, and palliative care. I have worked alongside interdisciplinary teams supporting individuals facing serious illness, caregiver strain, and end-of-life transitions. I specialize in anxiety, grief and loss (including complicated and prolonged grief), and the psychological impact of chronic illness and medical uncertainty. My approach integrates evidence-based treatment with thoughtful, individualized care. Therapy is refined, personalized, and designed for meaningful, lasting change, delivered with steadiness, precision, and compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be both deeply compassionate and clinically precise. My work is grounded in the understanding that healing is complex, personal, and rarely linear. I value thoughtful, individualized care over quick solutions. Having spent years in hospital and end-of-life settings, I hold deep respect for the resilience required to navigate illness, loss, and uncertainty. I am especially committed to specialized grief care and supporting adults facing anxiety or health-related challenges. I believe meaningful change happens in spaces where depth, steadiness, and expertise come together, and where clients feel truly understood.
