My counseling style utilizes cognitive, narrative, person centered, psycho-dynamic, mindfulness, neuroscience, and depth techniques, which include exploring dreams, metaphor and movement.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training and the tools and skills for supporting your deep and sustained relationships and recovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology is from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. I offer a complimentary, twenty minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My garden is one of my happiest places on earth. Community is important to me. I volunteer with veterans organizations. I walk door to door to support candidates and causes that support a healthy life. I support accessible and affordable mental health and addiction recovery.
