I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist based in Flagstaff, Arizona, and I help adults and young professionals navigate overwhelming emotions, difficult life transitions, and the lingering effects of past experiences. Whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, depression, grief, or simply feeling “off” and unsure why, therapy can offer clarity and support.
My Background and Approach
I will learn about your background and past in order to help understand patterns playing out today, and will use approaches including EMDR, attachment theory, CBT, and motivational interviewing to help you change beliefs and create new action patterns. I also encouraged self-compassion which can help increase self-esteem and lead to faster changes. I have 15+ years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, and I will use this experience to help you make changes that will increase your life satisfaction.

I believe that therapy should help you feel more in control of your life — and more at ease within it. My goal is to support you in creating real, lasting change rooted in a deeper sense of personal freedom, authenticity, and connection. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I bring a strong commitment to social justice and an understanding of how oppressive systems — past and present — shape our mental health and sense of safety in the world. I strive to hold a space where your full identity is seen, respected, and supported.
