Your best never feels good enough and you don't know who to turn to. Whether it's challenging relationships, coping with a loss, or struggling through a transition, you just don't feel like you are managing and definitely not thriving. I am here to help.
My Background and Approach
I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and I have been a licensed professional counselor (LPC) for the past 13 years. I have worked with children and adults, both individually and in groups in a variety of settings. The populations I have served vary from those seeking help with debilitating anxiety to substance abuse and abusive pasts to those just trying to figure out the next steps after a loss or life transition. What I have learned I will teach you. Our thoughts have immense power. We are highly influenced by our experiences and the messages from our caregivers have a huge impact on our world view and our inner self-talk. We are all deserving of unconditional love and we all have value and worth. I will help you see that.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all doing the best we know how to given the challenges of life. We shouldn't have to face these challenges alone, sometimes we need help. I am here to partner beside you in facing and overcoming these challenges whether they be around communication in relationships, daily stress from work and home life, or seemingly unwarranted anxieties. You are not alone.
