My Background and Approach
I have worked in the psychiatric field for 15+ years. I worked at 3 large clinics in varying leadership capacities over the last several years. I have served as the Clinical Supervisor to the Idaho Anti-Trafficking Coalition. I published a book and an accompanying workbook on OCD. I am a consultant, author, speaker and instructor. Some of the companies with whom I have consulted and trained include Hewlett Packard and Group One Realty. I launched K-Counseling several years ago. We are rapidly expanding because K-Counseling techniques are not only quick but often lasting. Gone are the days where the patient returns week after week, month after month to rehash the old story. At K-Counseling, we use cutting-edge technology, alongside traditional therapy, to rapidly reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
