I specialize in working with women who are self-identified overachievers, overthinkers, & people pleasers: people who love to work hard but want to stop fighting to feel confident and secure in themselves and all they have to offer. I don’t believe counseling has to be weird, stuffy, or sad—instead, it can be empowering, energizing, even fun- an awakening. Therapy with me is unique: we look at your past, present, & future. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. As a child, I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks.
