My Background and Approach
I have experience working in field-based services with the most at-risk populations, including DCFS, DMH, Non-Profit and Regional Center. Currently, I work for a Non-Profit Community Mental Health Agency as Clinical Director. My goal is to help people THRIVE by combating the inside barriers that prohibit them from becoming the most authentic version of themselves. I want you to know that you can get through these barriers, and you are not alone on this journey. I believe in Solution-Focused and Strength-Based therapy.
