I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, sexual and sexuality issues, relational and intimacy issues, and bereavement. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including community agencies, health care centers and private practice.

Together we will develop an individualized treatment plan to target specific therapeutic goals within a safe, nonjudgmental, professional and therapeutic environment. My clinical approach is interactive, empathic and respectful. My preferred method of practice is eclectic in nature and it includes: cognitive, behavioral and humanistic therapies. We will be solution focused.
