My Background and Approach
For several years I worked with at-risk and troubled youth in both residential and community-based settings. I have also worked extensively with formerly incarcerated individuals who had addiction and/or mental health issues and who needed to be reintegrated successfully into the community. Currently I am overseeing multiple case management programs which assist people with varied medical, mental health, and substance use issues. As a therapist, I have facilitated sessions with youth, adolescents, couples, and individuals. My goal is to meet you where you're at and work towards the goals we will set together. I am solution focused and want to help you learn techniques to overcome your struggles.
