Women especially in their 20s-40s today face a lot of transitions (ie: friends, parenthood, careers) and are simply overwhelmed by society's pressures and expectations. I'm here to support you in your individual journey towards personal growth, meaningful connections, and rediscovering life's simple joys.
My Background and Approach
I am human first, therapist second. My approach is built on the foundation of trust and nonjudgment. I believe with a great therapeutic relationship, you can navigate life's challenges with confidence while learning a ton about yourself. My approach is casual and conversational, but goal oriented: I aim to help you set and achieve your goals, big and small-- and I recognize that sometimes that means just "showing up" for yourself. Taking Care of yourself is the best investment you can make, and I firmly believe that it directly translates into the best gift you can give to those you care about most.
