About My Clients
I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, attachment issues, and relationships. I am trained in EMDR and DBT and I use a variety of other modalities to help clients find relief from the challenges they are facing.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy doesn't have to be serious and intense in order to be effective. I appreciate being able to laugh (or cry) with my clients and I work to bring my most authentic self to sessions. I enjoy helping clients learn more about themselves and why they do the things they do. I am both direct and kind as I work to help clients build new skills, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, achieve their goals and anything else that brings them to therapy.
