About My Clients
Many of my clients come to me for support with: Anxiety, stress, and burnout Relationship difficulties Perfectionism and Shame
My Background and Approach
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating the challenges of ADHD, or struggling with relationship or parenting stress? Maybe past trauma still affects how you move through the world. You don’t have to face these experiences alone. I provide a warm, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions. My practice is rooted in cultural sensitivity, and I welcome individuals and couples from all backgrounds and identities. For individual therapy, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that helps you better understand the parts of yourself impacted by shame, anxiety, trauma, or neurodivergence. For couples, I offer Imago Relationship Therapy, which promotes conscious communication and healing relational patterns to build deeper emotional safety and connection. Whether you're working through long-held pain or seeking to improve daily functioning, I tailor our work to your goals and strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone with a multicultural background (American father, Japanese mother), I deeply value the unique perspectives that come from diverse experiences. This has shaped my belief that healing happens when we honor all parts of ourselves and embrace a holistic approach to well-being. I'm passionate about trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy that empowers clients to find their own inner wisdom and balance. I believe everyone has an innate capacity for healing and wholeness.
