About My Clients
You’ve read the books, listened to podcasts, maybe even tried therapy—yet still feel stuck. The good news: lasting change is possible. I provide compassionate, Christ-centered counseling for women navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, spiritual questions, or life transitions like motherhood and midlife. Together, we’ll break old patterns, build resilience, and deepen faith and self-understanding so you can feel more connected, calm, and confident.
My Background and Approach
THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS- Reset your nervous system: Learn to recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep you stuck. With practical tools, you’ll gain clearer perspective, reduce reactivity, and create a life that reflects your faith and values. Reconnect with your emotions: Instead of pushing feelings away, discover how to allow and work with them. This brings greater self-compassion, emotional balance, and the freedom to respond with clarity rather than react from pain. Renew your thinking: Understand how your body responds to stress and practice simple ways to signal safety. These tools ease tension and restore a sense of peace to the body and spirit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s from Arizona State University and a degree in Family Science from Brigham Young University. My work is deeply personal—I grew up in a family impacted by addiction and divorce, and I’ve seen firsthand the power of therapy and God’s grace to transform pain into purpose. My approach is warm, structured, and rooted in Christian values. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, talking with kids and grandkids, and exploring the beauty of Northwest Arkansas with my husband.
