About My Clients
My clients explore many facets of their lives with me, including their feelings of anxiety and depression. I also walk alongside people who are navigating their racial identity. Others are in a space of transition in their career paths and personal relationships. Finally, I specialize in working with people grieving a loss in their life, whether through death or the many inevitable endings that occur throughout our lifetime.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach informed by our early attachments to our primary caregivers and utilizing somatic awareness in the “here and now” moment to understand how our minds connect to our bodies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a safe space to find healing from our past and present patterns through meaningful presence and attunement with another person.
