My Background and Approach
In over 2 decades of work in the counseling field I have gained experience in outpatient and community mental health settings. My approach is collaborative, strength-focused, and skill building. I regularly utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing strategies and other approaches in my work.
