My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Lisa is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. Through telehealth, Lisa is focused on supporting professionals, including helping professionals such as psychotherapists, supervisors, administrators, and healthcare professionals to improve or sustain their overall well-being and quality of life. Licensed psychotherapists, especially those practicing solo, may benefit from individual consultation. Whether you are a new professional, a professional in transition, or a professional nearing retirement, you may identify strengthening healthy coping strategies, self-compassion, self-care, and resiliency as your goal(s) in therapy. COVID-19, moral injury, fatigue, job burnout, organizational changes, and overall workplace challenges require attention and care. YOUR health and overall well-being matter. Let’s schedule a time to speak by phone to discuss your referral. Psychotherapy will be collaborative and supportive.
