Clients that seek me out are often looking for support in managing intense emotions like anxiety and depression. They often feel powerless over their feelings. For children, sometimes this is observed through behaviors like isolation, acting out, or self-harming. For adults, they may find themselves isolating or avoiding situations.
My Background and Approach
I use therapies that are effective in helping adults, children, and teens to be free of emotional pain and flourish. I specialize in working with individuals aged 6 to adults using an approach that integrates effective therapies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
