About My Clients
You're not lazy. You're just overwhelmed. I work with women who often feel disorganized, like there’s no way to get ahead of the chaos. They don’t feel good enough. They’re burned out. My clients enjoy asking "why?" questions and enjoy learning about themselves. I find my clients make great progress when they have a better understanding of the patterns that are keeping them stuck. And I love helping them dig into that!
My Background and Approach
We'll talk through the things that have been bothering you and get to the root of what will help you feel better. I believe in the power of small, realistic changes that you can incorporate into your everyday life. An hour of daily yoga? Nopes. Meditation? Small doses, maybe. Affirmations you don't really believe in? That ain't it. Even if you feel like you've tried All The Things, we're going to find some tools that work. You'll never leave a session without concrete ideas to work on in-between sessions. Therapy can be challenging and uncomfortable. We're looking at parts of ourselves that are difficult to look at or abandoned, things we've avoided or ignored. I welcome you to come as you are.
