About My Clients

You are always on the run. You do so much for others and never take time for yourself. You love the work that you do, but lately, you’ve been feeling totally drained. You feel guilty even thinking about stepping back and worry that things around you would fall apart if you did. Everyone turns to you when there is a problem, but who do you turn to? You are always there to support everyone else’s dreams and lift them up when they fall. When is it your turn?

My Background and Approach

I help clients use creativity to draw out the stories that have been dormant within them, waiting desperately to be seen. Through the transformative power of movement, visual art, sound, creative writing, and imagination, my clients have the opportunity to shine. I offer 90-minute sessions, allowing my clients time to fully express their stories in ways that go beyond words. I use warmth, honesty, and compassion to ensure that my clients feel seen and appreciated for who they truly are. There is a seed of hope within you, waiting to bloom. I can help you learn to nurture it so it can take root and grow. If you are ready to start living your life fully and authentically and stop letting anxiety run the show, contact me today to request a free consultation so you can see the difference working with the right therapist can make. Your path is waiting to be discovered.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity. I seek to provide a safe and nurturing space for all of my clients, no matter their age, educational background, race, gender presentation, or sexual preference. I believe that people don't need to neatly fit into perfect little boxes and that they can grow and reinvent themselves throughout their lifetimes. I have worn many hats myself. I am an artist, a knitter, a spinner, an animal lover, a supporter of the BLM movement, a feminist, an educator, a music player, a therapist, and so many other things. As a therapist, I strive to provide a safe platform for my clients to find their voices and express themselves freely and be fully heard.
