About My Clients

You’ve spent years masking, over-functioning, and figuring things out on your own—and you’re good at it. But burnout, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection keeps coming back. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed or self-suspecting autistic or ADHD adults who understand themselves intellectually, but still feel stuck in the same internal patterns. They’re not looking for a place to just vent—they’re looking for something that actually shifts how their experience feels.

My Background and Approach

I’m an expressive arts therapist offering online therapy for neurodivergent adults across Oregon. Many of my clients have tried traditional talk therapy and left feeling like they could explain everything—but nothing really changed. This work goes beyond conversation. Alongside talking, we may use image-making, metaphor, body-based awareness, and other creative processes to help you access what thinking alone hasn’t shifted. You don’t need to be artistic. This isn’t about making anything “good.” It’s about creating a different way to engage with your experience—so patterns that have felt stuck can actually begin to move. Sessions are adapted to your sensory needs, energy, and processing style. I’m not looking for you to perform, explain everything perfectly, or fit into a model that doesn’t match how your brain works.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I tend to work best with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and tired of going in circles with the same patterns. Many have tried therapy before and don’t want more insight—they want a different way of accessing themselves. I’m not here to analyze you from the outside or push you toward change before you’re ready. But I also won’t stay in the same conversations indefinitely. This work is about helping you actually engage with your experience in a different way—so something can shift. Real change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It happens when your nervous system has enough space to respond differently. If you’re looking for therapy that’s experiential, grounded, and asks you to participate—not just talk—this may be a good fit.
