If you feel overwhelmed, can't shut your brain off and worry about many things, I understand. I have a passion for supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating daily life stressors and challenges. I support people to navigate big transitions and create the life they want. I believe our thinking pattern, and the way we interpret the world, influence behaviors and keep us in our current state. By adjusting these patterns we can begin to change the outcome.

I provide support & practical feedback & tools you can use and incorporate a blend of conventional & alternative approaches(yoga, mindfulness) working with thoughts & behaviors.
