The adolescent years can be one of the most challenging years of development. Teens are trying to understand their world and themselves! I offer therapeutic services for adolescents experiencing life changing events, emotional and self esteem issues, adjustment difficulties. I utilize talk therapy, artistic expression and virtual games to connect and help clients express their emotions and thoughts in a fun and creative way!

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping families and parent(s) strengthen their communication and team building skills in order to create more peace and connection within their family. I have worked with multi generational families gain a deeper understanding of each other through non judgmental conversation, humor as well as by creating a positive experience in the therapy space to take outside of the therapy space.

Children have complex emotions - just like adults do! They also have amazingly curious minds! Within my work with children, I strengthen social emotional skills. Within my work with children, I also involve the caregiver(s)/parents(s). Involving caregivers/parents is crucial to build connection between child and the adult(s) who live with them. I involve talk therapy, artistic expression and game play with my work with children.
