My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view therapy as a collaborative process, where I hope to flexibly meet the needs of my clients, so we can explore the impact of societal systems, upbringing, and identity on your present experience. I take a non-pathologizing, intersectional, anti-oppressive, and compassionate approach to care. It is my belief that as we learn about the impact of our past and context on our present, that we can begin to learn a new way of being that brings us joy, despite the pain.
