About My Clients
I love connecting with individuals and couples who bring curiosity and openness to our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out—just a genuine desire for more fulfilling relationships and authentic connection. I especially enjoy supporting those drawn to exploring how spiritual awareness might enrich their intimate experiences or how cultural influences shape their relationships. I welcome your situations, doubts, fears, and desires with warmth and without judgement.
My Background and Approach
My therapy journey blends evidence-based practices with spiritual wisdom and social justice awareness. Drawing from formative experiences in hospice and meditation centers, I've witnessed how authentic connection forms the bedrock of healing. I practice integrative therapy, weaving together somatic awareness (honoring the body's wisdom), psychodynamic understanding (exploring how past shapes present), and mindfulness practices. My Jungian-influenced approach incorporates dreamwork and shadow integration to access deeper dimensions of self. For couples, I focus on creating secure attachment while building practical communication skills. My sex therapy approach creates a shame-free space to address desire differences, pleasure barriers, and embodied intimacy. I view therapeutic work through both personal and collective lenses—recognizing how systems of oppression impact our relationships and sexuality.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is both an art and a science—a dance between evidence-based practices and intuitive wisdom. At its core, healing happens in relationship, when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I trust that each person carries innate wisdom about their own path. My role isn't to "fix" but to accompany you with curiosity and compassion as you rediscover your inherent wholeness. Sexual wellness is a fundamental human right deserving thoughtful, non-judgmental exploration. I believe pleasure and connection are birthright experiences often compromised by systemic oppression and cultural messaging. I hold that our personal healing contributes to collective liberation. When we dismantle harmful in our intimate relationships, we participate in transforming larger systems. True intimacy requires vulnerability, which flourishes only in safety. I believe creating brave spaces allows us to examine difficult truths with compassion rather than shame.
