About My Clients
If you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and unhealthy relationships filled with drama and people who lack emotional maturity, or if imposter syndrome and fear of failure hinder your personal and professional aspirations, I can help. Using mindfulness and holistic, body-based practices, I can help you develop tools to improve your mood and focus, leading to a calmer, more resilient you, better prepared to overcome the effects of relational trauma and complex PTSD.
My Background and Approach
My style is holistic and relational, integrating somatic, psychodynamic, and experiential-based modalities through a trauma-informed perspective. In our work together, you can expect a safe and trusting environment where you can explore the early life experiences and relationships that impacted your development and shaped your behaviors and patterns of relating to yourself and others. We'll work collaboratively to explore practices that nurture the mind-body connection, including meditation, visualization, and artistic expression, to find your voice, rewrite false narratives, and liberate yourself from the fear that fuels your shame. This approach emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance in cultivating emotional safety, regulation, and mindful awareness. You'll feel supported as you learn to view your life through a lens of compassion and acceptance, empowering you to take control of your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Emotional safety is paramount when helping clients process their trauma, work through complex emotions, and address maladaptive behaviors. That’s why I hold space for clients to be vulnerable and share their sacred stories with compassionate intention. When people feel understood and secure in the therapeutic alliance, they begin to live life fully. The therapeutic relationship is vital to a successful treatment outcome. I would be delighted to join you on your journey to emotional health and wellness.
