About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients who have experienced difficult issues. This could be from issues like domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and personal trauma. I love seeing my clients grow past their trauma into thriving individuals.
My Background and Approach
I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in clinical psychology and I am currently a Doctoral student in Community Counseling with a focus in Traumatology. I work with mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Processing Therapy, I have trained in Somatic Experiencing Post-Traumatic Growth counseling. This type of therapy allows you to connect your mind and body and takes a bottom-up approach in healing instead of just putting a band-aid on the issue. I work on attachment issues, healthy relationships, and the nervous system. I have worked with over 200 trauma clients in the past three years.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person matters. That you deserve to be whole and thriving. I believe you already have what you need in you and I start out by seeing the full potential that lives in you.
