My Background and Approach
I apply an eclectic approach, integrating evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT skills. I particularly like ACT because it offers a refreshing perspective on therapy, focusing on values and becoming more psychologically flexible. I also believe in new research, polyvagal theory and exploring the mind-body connection.
