About My Clients
I work with couples, Individuals and families. I have experience with relationship difficulties, communication, blended families, anxiety, Autism, depression, addictions, trauma and more.
My Background and Approach
I will use my educational background and professional experience for you to reach your therapy goals. I have a BA in education, a Masters degree in Psychology and another Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with children (all ages) but since I’m currently practicing by Telehealth (ages 12+) adults, couples and families. I used Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) along with Solution Focused, mindfulness, client centered, along with other therapy appropriate to the client’s desired outcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can reach the point in life where they would like to be. Often just the assistance from a therapist can get you to where you want to be. The more we learn about ourselves, how we respond and the things we can and the things we don’t have control of, allows out Mindset to be in our spot of contentment.
