About My Clients
Life transitions and loss can be devastating and overwhelming. What now? How do I move on? Do I WANT to move on? Even when you know you need extra support, it’s hard to reach out because you don’t want to burden anyone. My office is a space to breathe, feel and explore for as long as you need it. You're grief is not a burden. Your struggles to understand yourself and your purpose are important and supported here.
My Background and Approach
I work with Women and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community who struggle with grief, negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and the anxiety, stress, and self-doubt that come from feeling disconnected from their true selves. Through intuition, connection to nature, mindfulness, and supportive trauma and grief processing, I help clients understand their inner world with compassion and reconnect with their own wisdom. As we work together, they develop a grounded and authentic sense of self, grow their resilience, and step into personal empowerment, allowing them to live their truth and create more inclusive, meaningful connections in their communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Humans are complex, messy, amazing and unique; being able to sort through the mess allows us to embrace the beauty that is us. Everything we experience impacts us and our ability to reflect on this increases our understanding of ourselves, the universe and everything. I am complex and messy. I cannot chose between Star Wars and Star Trek and I love both cats and dogs. I believe in a world where we are free to live our lives and our voice matters. I am part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and try to make the world a little bit better by what I do. I continue to do my own work and feel that music and poetry can be healing. I am a reader and try to make art or play WOW with my partner. I prefer to be barefoot and outside in the woods as often as I can.
