About My Clients
I provide individual online therapy to youth and adults who are facing concerns with depression, anxiety, issues of self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, addiction, codependency, domestic violence, life transitions, and other day to day stressors. I work with clients on identifying patterns in behavior, restructuring ways of thinking, developing new coping skills, and improving overall quality of life.
My Background and Approach
Connecting with others is very important to me and I strive to create a space where people feel supported, understood, and recognized. I operate from a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and culturally sensitive lens while working to collaborate with others on reaching that next point in life. I practice from a strength’s based and solution focused framework and have been trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a native of Arizona who has spent periods of time living in different parts of the world. I became a therapist because I have a profound care for others and believe everyone deserves a space to be entirely uniquely themselves.
