About My Clients
I am a Latina Therapist who specializes in relationship, trauma and self worth issues. I practice from an intersectional, social justice point of view and work hard on decolonizing mental health. I am LGBTQIA+ and Poly/ENM/Kink affirming and trained. I also specialize in working with individual adults who are suffering from anxiety, depression and those struggling with life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative, holistic approach and I primarily apply a systems approach with person-centered techniques. In addition, I am a sex positive therapist. I am also a trauma informed therapist and provide EMDR therapy for those suffering from trauma related concerns. Please note that I am only seeing new clients via telehealth and only work with adult clients (18+). BCBS, Aetna, UHC and Humana Accepted and Private Pay Sliding Scale rates available.
