My Background and Approach
You can be honest with your feelings and thoughts with me. I have created a safe space to talk without judgement. I will help you explore the roots of your depression, anxiety or trauma. I have been specializing in this since 2000. Talking will help healing and I will provide tools and techniques you can use every day. We will start with what is happening now and make a plan to make changes in your life. You can choose your options and meet your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can change and improve their lives. I believe in the good in people and helping others. I have three dogs and believe in the power of pet therapy and positive thinking. I am also Ukrainian first generation and join marches to fight for justice.
